Grounding in Central Park

In New York, it’s easy to go weeks without spending any time in nature (or even stepping on grass). I’ve heard over and over again that being in nature can help with feeling more relaxed and grounded, so I head to Central Park whenever I get a chance and–in case there’s some truth to it–put my bare feet on the grass to practice”grounding,” or “earthing.” My favorite spot to do this (pictured on Instagram @willtolivewell) is just off of the Central Park entrance at 72nd Street and 5th Avenue.
